My hard disk drive is no longer recognized by the PUMA Cloner during cloning. What should I do (Error code 21)?

On some disk models, it may happen that a command changes the disk from "recognized" to "not recognized" (Error code 21)

This problem can be identified when all sectors are designated as "Ignored" or "Expired Time" (yellow or red) during the application of the latest reading profiles that solicit the most the device.

In this case, a restart of the computer and PUMA Cloner is necessary in order to resume cloning. Thanks to the mapping system, the reading will resume where it stopped.

However, if the disk was not recognized, it must be sent to the laboratory (firmware failure or mechanical failure).
