My hard drive is not recognized when the PUMA Cloner power supply is turned on

For some disks, the default response time of 25 seconds is not sufficient, especially if the damaged sectors are at the beginning of the partition.


It is necessary to increase this response time and repeat the detection (Maximum recommended 60 seconds).


However, if the disk is still not recognized, try restarting your computer and the PUMA Cloner.

If the result remains negative, it is preferable to send it to the laboratory because the failure is more important and probably requires disassembly in a clean room, or firmware repair.
