1 - Starting the PUMA Cloner software

Modified on Tue, 2 Apr, 2019 at 10:32 AM

When the tool starts, a device connection management window will allow you to select and indicate to the PUMA Cloner the connection interface on which it should communicate.

Choose the type of device connection to be processed:

  1. SATA or IDE for connection to the PCI Express card
  2. MASTER 1 or MASTER 2 for connecting the power supply
  3. Internal/USB connection: You can connect the hard drive to be processed via a USB port or internally from your PC. The defective disk will not benefit from the PUMA Cloner box power commands, nor from the specific commands management. We recommend that you keep this connection for clones of healthy disks without defective sectors.
  4. Release the PUMA in order to start the project.
