License management

After reinstalling or updating PUMA Cloner, your license requests to be reactivated.


When opening PUMA Cloner, a panel indicates that you do not have an active license.

Licenses are incremented in the PUMA Cloner box, you must activate the checkbox in the "License Management" module, located before the name of your license

My license is grayed out with a red cross in front of it.

Your license has expired,

  • For token or subscribed customers, we invite you to contact your sales representative in order to subscribe to a new offer
  • For rental customers, we invite you to check your emails to see if you have not already received an update, otherwise you can make a request to the support (support@recoveo.com)
